Description
Experiential learning allows students the opportunity to apply their knowledge in real-world situations with community partners. This session will provide participants with a set of tools that will help them consider ways to incorporate experiential learning, such as an example of a learning agreement, graded assignments, peer review and self-assessment tools, and reflective essays. Additionally, a community partner will be invited to take part, lead the participants in a brief learning experience, and provide feedback on successful projects.
