Abstract
Case synopsis: This case exemplifies the dilemma many small home-grown businesses face. Jason and Stephanie Wilkerson started a business in their shop and experienced phenomenal growth. With growth, they must decide whether to maintain their current business structure, expand on their current land with an additional, larger building or move their business to a nearby community with a much larger population.
