Inclusive Conversations: Social Determinants of Health and the Intersections of Diversity

An interactive workshop that will continue the efforts of the diversity, equity, and inclusion forum held over the summer. Social determinants of health (SDOH) drivers are responsible for 80% of health and wellness outcomes. Participants will watch a webinar followed by a dialogue about various dimensions of diversity, including geography, race, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, or socioeconomic status, the intersections of these dimensions, and the impact on health and wellness.
