Description
Backstory: On October 2, 1970, one of two planes carrying part of Wichita State University’s football team, crashed in Colorado. Of the 31 people killed in the crash, 14 were members of WSU’s football team. A month later, on November 14, another plane crash involving Marshall University’s football team occurred in West Virginia, killing all on board.
